Motor Efficiency & Power Load
Fan motor efficiency, power factor and speed control precision are evaluated against operational hours and energy cost projections. Permanent magnet motors are prioritised for high-run-time applications.
Corrosion & Environmental Resistance
All ventilation components are assessed for resistance to ammonia, dust, high humidity and temperature cycling. Housing material, blade coating and motor enclosure rating are verified prior to specification.
Climate Controller Integration
Fan and inlet systems must integrate seamlessly with climate controllers. We verify communication protocols, sensor compatibility and alarm response logic before system commissioning.
Uniformity & Dead Zone Prevention
Inlet placement, fan positioning and house geometry are modelled to ensure uniform air velocity at bird level. Dead zones and hot spots are identified and eliminated in the design phase.
Backup & Failsafe Systems
